alter ego photography

I decided to use David LaChapelle for my alter ego photography as I just find his work utterly fascinating, the use of props and colours with in the images are amazing.

Relating them to alter egos was hard as some of his images don’t really relate, however the ones I did find I feel work quite well, as the subject will help the viewer see the alter ego within the image.

Searching for photographers, and artists who relate to my alter ego theme, was a tough task… by speaking to my tutors helped a lot as they guided me in the right direction and helped me uncover some artists which i would never of though of.

On the website, there is a link each picture, which opens a new page and takes you to the David LaChapelle website, some images go straight to the collection and some onto the main website … I thought this would be good if the viewer gets interested in the images then they can follow it up and learn more about the photographer.
